On February 2, 2008, our Foundation is sponsoring our second annual special charity concert. We call it Share The Stage. This concert will be held at Promega's BTC in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
For this event, we are honored to have two very special guests artists and a marvelous affiliation with many fine Madison area restaurants.
7:00 PM - Our opening performing artist is Alton Kelly. Alton Kelly is a small jazz combo made up of students at Edgewood High School. In 2007, they received a Launchpad Award at the Madison Area Music Awards (MAMAs). Almost 2,000 bands competed for this very special award. Alton Kelly will be performing as you first arrive a take a brief tour of the BTC.
7:30 PM - All of our guests are ushered into the state of the art auditorium to listen to our charities share their stories. There are so many good groups doing some much good work.
8:30 PM - We exit the auditorium to join Queenie and the Blue Cats for food and beverages. Each charity has a table so that you can learn more about their work. Raffle ticket sales continue with each charity earning 50% of what they sell. A silent auction is also happening now.
9:30 PM - The event begins to draw to a close as Alton Kelly joins with Queenie and the Blue Cats for the final 30 minutes. The raffle prizes are awarded and the slient auction is closed off.
Our SILENT AUCTION has many outstanding items that you can bid on, either at the concert or online here on our site through Friday February 1. Click above or on the logo on the right to see the items that are available.
Tickets are only $25, the event will be absolutely fabulous, and 100% of the proceeds all go to support local charitable groups.
We also graciously acknowledge our corporate sponsors for this event.
