Sometimes putting a new twist on an old friendship can reap tremendous benefits. That is what we are planning with our 21st century Corporate Community Charity Car Wash fundraising program.

With the support of area businesses, our Foundation is in the process of organizing car washes throughout the Madison business community.  What we do is partner with a Madison area business to provide car washes for its employees.  For the firm, this is an opportunity to expand its community involvement (it is helping out our Foundation and at least one affiliated youth or performing arts group), all with very little effort on the  part of the firm and its employees. 

We work with these businesses to schedule days for the car washes to happen, ideally once or twice a month during the summer months of June, July and August.  On these scheduled days, the employees who are interested in participating will park in a designated area of their parking lot.  While they are working hard for the business, we will be washing their cars for them.

What we need from the firm is to help us to promote the event to its employees, and to assist us in collecting donations for the car wash. We provide the necessary promotional pieces to the business.  Our charitable affiliates provide the people power for the event. 

As a local Madison based charitable Foundation, we have little to no overhead with every project we run.  This means that almost 100% of what we raise goes right back into our community.

We are looking for more companies who would like provide this charitable opportunity to their employees. We are also always open to more youth and performing arts group who we like to affiliate with our Foundation.
