| Share The Stage |
On June 27, 2009, our Foundation is sponsoring our third annual special charity event, Share The Stage. The location of this event is the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County at 4619 Jenewein Road in Fitchburg. The time will be from 2:30 until 4:30. Share The Stage allows us to highlight the outstanding work that is being done in the greater Madison area by many charities. It also allows us to create a very unique fundraising opportunity for all local youth and performing arts groups.. Each of the featured charities will make a brief presentation and has a display set up so that you can learn more about their work. We are pleased to announce the charities involved in this year's Share The Stage. Madison Youth Performing Arts Foundation, Inc Our SILENT AUCTION has many outstanding items that you can bid on, with 100% of the sales price going directly to the featured charities. You will soon be able to click above or on the logo on the right to see the items that are available. You can bid on-line although we really want to see you at our event. We will also launch our Spring Raffle that evening. The drawings will take place at Brat Fest on Memorial Day weekend. Raffle ticket sales continue until that date with each charity earning 50% of what they sell. Any non-profit youth or performing arts groups can be involved in this event through the selling of admission tickets. Tickets are only $10. The selling group gets 50% of their ticket sales, with the opportunity to keep 100%. If your group would like to be involved, contact us at andrea@mypaf.org.
